Ramabai believed in the power of education, equality, and holistic healing to bring hope and transformation to the marginalized.
Ramabai (now conferred with the title Pandita) founded the Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission, a nonprofit organization committed to rescuing women and children from poverty and abandonment and providing them with hope, healing, and a new lease on life. The mission sought to empower the impoverished and transform their lives by offering education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
At the heart of Mukti Mission was a holistic healing center where women and children received comprehensive care and support. The center, funded through the generous contributions of supporters and the tireless efforts of volunteers, provided a haven for those in need.
